Online Fee Payment System for College Fees
|
- Student/Parent has to enter the Admission number and password and login into their page.
- Once the student is in their login page and press “online fees payment”, they can see the details of the fee dues.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

Detailed instructions are given in the login page of the web payment as to the procedure to be followed to complete the online Fees payment and get the payment confirmation slip and also how to proceed in case of failed transaction. Pls follow the instruction carefully.
Procedures to be followed during online payments through this site.
- Once “Pay Fees ” - Option is clicked, after accepting the Terms and Conditions, System will generate a transaction id and you will be directed for payment through NET BANKING or DEBIT / CREDIT CARD etc. You can choose the desired payment option and proceed.
- Payment process normally takes a few seconds to a minute and once the payment is successful, You will get a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION SLIP and the parent / student has to keep the same for reference.
- In case the payment is not successful due to any reason you will get a display on the status of failure in payment.
- In case none of the above two happens, and there is heavy delay in any response from the system - if you have not proceeded with payment and not given any BANK or CC particulars, you may proceed from the beginning and start the payment process again
- In case you have given all the DEBIT / CREDIT card details or NET BAKING authorization for payment, and have not got any response, please check with your bankers or credit card company and see if your account is debited. If your bank account/CC is debited, please do not make any attempt to pay again.
- There is an option available in the login page “offline payment status updation”. This will update the pending payment and issue the receipt. However even if the offline update option does not work pls see the following instruction.
- In the normal course, if the parent/student bank is debited for any transaction, Student account will be credited automatically and you will get the receipt on Transaction + 2 date after college reconciles the collection report from payment gateway.
- However, if your account is not debited in the bank, you have to make fresh payment action and get PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL confirmation.

Privacy Policy
- ERP company hosting this fees dues information or the College will not ask or store any confidential information relating to the card details or bank details of the payer. All card or bank details of the payer will be taken only by the Payment Gateway company for the purpose of processing payment and data will be secure with them as they are PCI DSS compliant companies
- The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payments to be made by you to the Institution. All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
- There is no cancellation option for the end users after fees payment is made.
- No chargeback or no refund will be permitted for fees paid through online payment system.
- In case of any duplicate payment for any clarification relating to payment, end user has to approach the accounts department with proof of excess payment, transaction reference no., bank statement etc. for suitable action by accounts office.
- Transaction charges paid by the user is not refundable even in case of duplicate or excess payment.
- While purchasing applications for admission for any course, applicants have to note that application money paid is not refundable under any circumstance, and it can be used for the purpose of filling up the application and participate in the selection process. Applicants need not make any attempt to pay for any duplicate application, since application money is not refundable.
